Refund policy

Since all of our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we do not accept traditional returns or exchanges for a change of mind. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 100% Replacement or Refund Guarantee if your order encounters any manufacturing or transit issues.

Please read our detailed policy below:

1. Replacement & Refund Eligibility

You are fully eligible for a free replacement order or a complete refund if the item you receive falls under any of the following criteria:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.

  • The print quality is poor, blurry, or visibly flawed.

  • The item received is the wrong size, color, material, or style compared to your original order.

  • The item features the wrong graphic design.

  • The package was shipped to a different address than the one you provided at checkout.

How to claim: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If there is an issue, submit your claim via email within 20 days of delivery. Please include your Order ID, a photo of the shipping label, and clear photos/videos of the defect under good lighting. Requests made after 20 days cannot be processed.

2. Lost in Transit & Shipping Delays

An order is considered "Lost in Transit" and eligible for a full refund or reshipment if the tracking link stops updating or fails to deliver within the following standard timeframes (calculated from the order date):

  • US to US Standard Shipping: Tracking has no updates for more than 10 business days, OR the order is not delivered after 17 business days.

  • EU to EU Standard Shipping: Tracking has no updates for more than 9 business days, OR the order is not delivered after 17 business days.

  • International Shipping: Tracking has no updates for more than 15 business days, OR the order is not delivered after 25 business days.

  • US Remote Territories (HI, AK, PR, APO/FPO, etc.): Tracking has no updates for more than 20 business days, OR the order is not delivered after 45 business days.

Note: For orders containing 2 or more items, please allow 1 additional business day for processing.

3. Non-Refundable Cases (Exceptions)

We cannot grant a refund, store credit, or free reshipment in the following situations:

  • Incorrect Shipping Address: If you provide an incomplete, incorrect address, or if the local carrier is unable to deliver the package after full effort, the order will not be supported for reshipment or refund. Please double-check your shipping details before purchasing.

  • Delivered Status but Missing Package: If the tracking link officially records the package as “Delivered Successfully” but you claim you have not received it, we will provide the necessary carrier information to help you contact them directly. This specific case does NOT qualify for a refund from our store.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Once your claim and evidence are reviewed and approved by our support team, refunds will be issued directly back to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the credit to reflect on your account.
