Thank you for shopping with us! All of our products are Print-on-Demand (POD), meaning each item is uniquely printed and crafted just for you once your order is placed.

1. Processing & Production Time

  • Because your items are custom-made, please allow 2–5 business days for production and quality inspection before your order is dispatched.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Once the production process is complete, your order will be shipped via our standard shipping lines. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and the product type:

3. Important Notes

  • Peak Seasons & Holidays: Shipping times may increase by 5–15 business days during periods of exceptionally high demand (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas) or unexpected force majeure events. We appreciate your patience during these times.

  • Multiple Shipments: If your order includes different types of products (e.g., a standard t-shirt and an accessory), they may be printed at different locations and arrive in separate packages at no extra cost to you.
